man cave?

You could inexpensively have guest quarters, a man cave, or an office.

I feel like I've been living in a cave all these years, trying to hide all of my finds because other investors weren't so open to sharing information/knowledge (without a ridiculous fee) and even though real estate books have been a great resource, they don't provide live feedback or up-to-date information.  

Since the purchase I have fixed all items the last landlord failed to fix from rehanging cabinet doors to fixing a caved in floor (happened a week after purchase, go figure, it was from years of not being attended to). 

Mine are 900 sqft and I caved in at $735, going down to $725, even though PM suggested we keep at $735  (was previously $600 or $650). 

Been trying to get out of my cave and network more with fellow RE enthusiasts  

There’s no reason to cave in to their demands !

Also, 1 stall garage roof caving in. 

It is harder to keep good tenants and attract new ones- A fast leak will cause ceilings to cave in.  

I got the following from the buyer.We Buyer spent first night in the home two days ago and woke up the following morning with the whole kitchen ceiling caved in and water everywhere from the tub drain being rigged.
