There are active investors who trade regularly and make over a hundred thousand dollars in a single day.There are also people who made millions in laundromats, car washes, restaurant franchises, bit coin, timber, farming, cattle, diamonds, oil, you name it people have profited from it.Of course people on BP think it is the best way to generate wealth.

This would be accomplished by him providing 12 months of cancelled on-time rent checks.The other side of the coin is that I've only seen a rent payment show up on somebody's credit two or three times, so if you did not disclose that to your lender, my guess is that they are unlikely to find out you have co-signed with him.

Is there an opportunity for other income from coin-laundry, vending, renting storage space, garages, etc.?

The property has a washer and drier hook-ups in a little laundry room, but I do not know where to purchase a coin operated washer/drier and or what is the going rate for this type of machine.

I can only imagine what would happen the moment an AirBNB guest accidentally broke something, was unintentionally loud, arrived at 11:00 at night and made some noise or what have you.Offering some dirty, filthy money in exchange for increased opportunities to make yourself even wealthier (like Scrooge McDuck doing the back stroke in a pile of gold coins), will not be received well.
