Is it still within path of progress or is new development shifting to opposite side of highway?

Joe, I work with investors every day that take this path.  

However those who misrepresent their credentials or knowingly teach systems that do not work  can certainly be prosecuted and it's only a matter of time if the wheels aren't already turning in attorney general offices across the country for this to happen.

Closing the border (aka: upholding the laws of our country) would have a more significant impact on the housing market than stopping vacation rentals.
