Tons of new investors looking into Amarillo as its won many awards lately for being a good area for rental property owners, many very unfamiliar with the area and just buying based on return. a $40k house that brings in 6-800 a month is a good return to most, and they don’t understand the area they are buying in.

I really hope that I will be able to evict him based on him refusing to sign a lease bc I'm sure he will perjure himself in court and deny being able to pay his $475 rent or move out (Side note: He receives 3k monthly from the VA and was awarded 60K in backpay last month!)

My hope and goal is that God forbid the lawsuit is awarded a settlement the most they can get is the equity in that property.Ned, I believe in NJ the law is the same you are allowed to transfer from yourself to a LLC owned by you without any tax consequences but I need to verify this.As far as the single member LLC beginning to be pierced can you elabotate on this?
