I'm looking for a realtor in Oakland, California with a track record for selling duplexes well over asking. Purchased mine in 2015 for $710k, added ~$165k in repairs, and most recent appraisal value is $1.23M. However...

Pending sales in DFW dropped like a rock vs. prior year, and since sales lag pending contracts by a month or two I would expect that it will start to affect the sales numbers shortly.

At minimum look in Morgan Hill.Also I looked at Yelp reviews and KB Handyman in Gilroy had over 4 stars.

Would love recommendations for a rockstar contractor and property manager.
