Adult movies and a blue ray player, scoped pellet gun with starling bait, suit of armor, kegorator, life size Marilyn Monroe picture stand up display, periodic tables of beer styles/sex/meat, deer antler collection, firepit, horse shoe pit, the list goes on.  

I mean just from your description alone i wouldn't trust them with pokemon cards let alone your precious properties.

We have been seeing nicer homes around surrounding areas of Denver (specifically Thornton, Commerce City and Littleton) for the same price as they are closer to Denver but offer much more and we are wondering for example Some of our concerns are being far out from most things (5-10 miles) in terms of grocery stores, movie theaters, malls but being only 20 minutes out (15 miles) from one of the biggest medical campuses and close to the airport and we are worried that some the little things like aren't attractive to renters or traveling nurses, being too far out from some things but close to others. 

They had movies called things like "Escape from New York" and "The Warriors."  

From my understanding they are shooting a big movie up there this coming year from friends of mine who used to work for the Teamsters.

Connecticut isn't a vacation destination, but it's a 'coming home for Christmas' destination often emulated in those Hallmark movies.  

Shaq has his movie theater across from HD and Applebee's.

One suggestion is to get the tenants movie tickets or a gift certificate for dinner, and show the property when they are out of the house for the activity.
