Consider installing Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP) without any soap dishes.

They do try to sell you on turn key properties but the information he dishes out is invaluable.

I don't know how you can discontinue for some but not others probably need to talk to the cable company.For substitute service I am not sure about the satellite dish etc but our building has both cable and Verizon.

He moves out and leaves items in the apartment ranging from a whole bed, to dishes, food in the fridge and pantry, posters on the wall and a nasty stove.

Overall, I'm most intrigued by how agressive, threatening, and determined some of the agents are to practically circumvent the no principals disclaimer as well as tenant screening overall and just start dishing out statutes in exchange for a blind appointment 'or else'!
