Officials have been all getting nice raises and we have new fire trucks and snowplows, etc.  

Many will not leave until cops come with you ordered court for official eviction.

Our other desire was to build storage units; however, when we approached one township official for a variance, he said he didn’t “ like the idea” of storage units.  

Otherwise, it must be  officially done by the City. 

My biggest concern is just the fact that we might not officially go under contract on the house we like best until a few days after we close on the first one in a few weeks, with our FHA loan, and we definitely won't have 20% to put down on either. :-/  Definitely appreciate your advice and will see what we can find out about investor friendly loans with our broker.

Basically its the same as LEEF cert but you actually dont get the building officially certified by LEED.

But as I said above in either case it has to be probated because that is how title is officially transferred.
