From my understanding, LLC's and Corporations have different tax requirements.My answer: At the stage in your career you dont need an entity unless your buying multi-families. 

Many of you have provided valuable feedback to my many questions regarding syndication, what the different stages entail,  and setting a deal up a deal from ground up - thank you kindly for that. 

Maybe an older house on land you could buy that eventually might be torn down and a new larger one built.You could also buy in a new subdivision stage zero and when finished out in a few years hopefully have some nice equity growth.I tend to not like areas that are EN VOGUE currently because of a stronger economy.

I haven't made any offers yet, as I'm still in the learning/absorbing stage.

I am still in the research stage but would love to bounce ideas off someone if this interests you to chat let me know. 

I feel right now at this stage i should be learning and gaining contacts so when i find that deal i can pounce and move quickly and have some ducks in a row. 

Deals are hard to come by right now so it is a game for the big boys at this stage in the cycle.
