It's not unusual, particularly if they're told they will be released soon.You can sign a contract electronically, by fax, in counterpart, etc while you are on vacation as long as it's included in the contract that signatures in that format are acceptable.You're trying to sell a co-op in a market that favors buyers, in what is historically one of the slowest times of the year, to a "rock solid" buyer that your broker procured.

I paid to have it listed on MLSI'm going to call a couple of property management companies (I manage it myself as it's pretty new and requires very little effort to manage) to see if they would be willing to find a tenant for a fee and have me still manage it.Not sure if the market is soft or is this is an unusual situation of just bad luck / bad timing.
