So longer term, NYC will be valuable unless there is a major technological revolution and NYC goes the way of a Detroit which was the worlds automobile capital at one time. 

Granted I had stateside partner to help, but the technology allows us expatriates to do most of the work from anywhere  on the planet with wifi.  

I recently finished a Boundary Line Adjustment, but after all the difficulties/issues/delays with our survey/engineer we are looking for recommendations from anyone who has had a good experience with someone local. 

I was thinking notes, but finding good notes in an area I'd be willing to foreclose in is difficult, I only know of PPR notes and FCI Exchange. 50k doesn't seem like enough to get into lending and I'm not an Accredited investor. 

If you go in with that attitude of "I can forget 90% of this" you might have more difficulty with the test despite the fact that it is true.

Successful loan assumptions are rare, you aren't the only one that's coming up against this difficulty.

Hello developers/technology enthusiasts,and mortgage lenders:I am looking for a free API for mortgage rates, either updated weekly or daily. 

I see no indication that anything has change in our market but 1) that is today, maybe tomorrow there will be something 2) most of the things that cause depreciation cycles are seen by very few investors 3) Even if I miss nothing and the market stays highly desirable, any estimate ROE based significantly on appreciation (rent and property) is hardly more than an educated guess.My point is calculating expected ROE that has a significant dependence on appreciation is very difficult.  I
