Essentially what it does is you download google voice and add your current number and pick any number you want to act as a business phone number and your tenants can contact you through that number.

Second choice would be by telephone (voice, not text!)

You don't invest in an area because you know it, you invest in an area because it is profitable...and you should then know that are better than the one you live in.In many cases, that voice you hear from your own market (that you live in), that you hear because you know your market so well, may be telling you NOT to invest there.

I have never purchased performing notes before so I really could be missing something but I keep hearing that voice saying if 12% - 18% ROI seems too good to be true it probably is?

If someone answers the door I always politely, in a calm non-confrontational voice, let whoever answers the door know that I just recently purchased the property and I'm just trying to find out who's living there and have a talk.
