@Matt Shields I think if your plan is using the MLS, foreclosure lists, and other easily accesible means of finding deals then yes your going to struggle find projects that give you the margins you want.

I live in Atl and I'm struggling to find many lenders that offer FHA 203(k) loans, non streamline.

1) I always struggle with this myself and I lean toward no.

They want to be rich but dont want to go through the pain, near Bankruptcy, sleepless nights, financial struggles and let downs etc.. etc...

Allied is a good, inexpensive choice and compared to some courses I have seen my colleagues try and struggle through, I believe it's one of the courses out there.

I've also struggled with communication with agents from RS that list in our market. 

Contractors struggle to return phone calls so I was persistent ins asking my realtor for multiple contractors. 

Those with no equity or capital reserves will struggle. 

We are struggling with whether or not we should purchase a multi-family property and live in one unit and rent out the other or purchase a fixer upper for around $20,000, fix it up, and resell it.
