I have about 3 years of experience flipping and building houses, as well as an associates degree in a trade, about 2 years of drywall/paint experience, around 1 year of commercial/residential electric experience, and about 3 years of landscaping experience. 

So the situation I’m trying to paint is what should we think about doing with the remaining land?

Some of that there is just no way around.there is no scuff paint but I'm not sold on it

I have dealt with this before and I almost always end up ripping them out and replacing.
