Should water heater and whole house water filtration system be added to “furnishings and appliances” along with things like refrigerator in the premises description?

I need everything in appliances - refrigerator, oven, dishwasgwe, washer dryer, water heater etc.

Now they have reported to me that the refrigerator door is damaged.

A steel enclosure over condensing units, and refrigerant locks on r-22 units, are common.

Messiness during the move, not knowing who you are showing to could also result in you showing the refrigerator to one person and the other person may pocket an iPad in the bedroom, or your current tenant being there during the visit like "yeah that garbage disposal jams all the time"! 

Also stated above the old r22 system can run with the 407c refrigerant which is a direct drop-in replacement for it. 

In one year I had to replace the oven ,the furnace and refrigerator !

@Mike BecherHi Mike,Double entry bookkeeping and the decision making that goes along with doing it (plus how to set up and use the software) is a large knowledge base.An efficient way to learn (about it) would be to hire a CPA to do your books (such as on Quick books) and ask a lot of questions.As an owner focus on understanding the monthly reports they give you, and understand exactly how each line item is generated.For instance if you buy a new Pencil Sharpener (roof, refrigerator, carpet, take out a loan etc...), what does that do to the reports, and what does that mean to you.Good Luck!
