There are personal modifications (multiple brick flower plants pushed against stucco exterior/bench seating in kitchen) that were most likely done by the previous owner who lost the home in foreclosure about 10 years ago. 

Leveraging is like hitting the Jack pot.

The market is stagnant and it takes a lot more than park benches and main street facelifts to boost property values.

In the kitchen I added items like a tea pot, serving tray, dry goods jars and wooden spoons - all picked up inexpensively at IKEA.

Too many new investors are looking for the golden sail, the pot of gold, or the quick way to make a windfall.

I don't care if someone deals pot or acts as a bookie, just don't do it in my property.

But when the pot gets stirred up, things float to the top!

An investor friendly agent is not necessarily the one you see plastered on bus benches and in the phone book

The reason for the eviction was because they were smoking cigarettes & pot in our building.

Think 10 rabbits chewing the doors, cabinets, pooping everywhere.  50 cats...a pot grow!
