I built a SFH for STR towards the end of last year and it's giving me a 1.0 DSCR at the moment (This only works for me since it's in an OZ zone and it offset my W2).

I don't think for a moment that RE (let alone wholesaling)  is a field where one can get extremely rich.

@Anita Zuniga, You're in the middle of a "Purse strings" v "heart strings" moment. 

I don’t expect to be someone that finds incredibly cheap deals that become worth double what I paid.

I have recently become incredibly interested in real estate and have been studying up in all my free time for the past month or so.

Resources like books, online courses, and seminars can be incredibly helpful.

I'm open to anything really at the moment.
