Basically just to have a property that produces some income and also gives me the ability to set aside some days if I want to go hang out downtown.  

I even changed my caller ID but the seller would quickly hang up the phone because he was avoiding me.

The stress sucks for sure but hang in there in there. 

In here there are some broker only charge like $100 per month to hang the license there 

As an agent in Texas, you will have to hang your license under a broker for your first three years.

I've always understood it that attorney's do not need a separate license unless they want to hang the licenses of other brokers. 

Alot of time I am driving around familiarizing my self with neighborhoods, and I see the old "sign-down" house, where the yard arm is still in the ground but the sign that used to hang there is gone.

I'm a buy & hold investor who loves commercial property and hanging out with other entrepreneurs.

I'm familiar with the AUS, just wasn't sure if the underwriter would call out the title issue and let it hang up the funding.
