If its that easy that you can buy a home for retail and make money as an investor, everyone on the planet would be doing it.I just don't believe there's enough cash flow when you factor in the higher purchasing costs plus the management fee.To me, if you're going to want to invest out of state, you need to get yourself a deluxe wholesaler.
