Obviously, painting would have to be done no matter what route I choose.I do like the addition of the brick to the bottom, I pondered that from the start, and if I go with option 3 there will be plenty of room to have it done. 

Sorry if I'm over-sharing, just want to get all the information out there for you to ponder.

after tailgating for the first time and having a ball we were leaving the game and heading into NYC when we met a group of American girls at the train station leaving the game. we got talking and I took a liking to one particular girl ( my now wife ).

Not original I know..but at least that way they can get whatever they want for the little boy/girl/twins or whatever little bundle of joy has arrived.

I've run across this many times, and personally don't like the idea of a window in a shower, for a couple of reasons.First is privacy...even if with obscure glass or glass block, without some kind of black-out curtain, you can still see when someone is in the shower (and usually even the diff between boys and girls, if y'know what I mean).

The most interesting is that the front yard was dug up to make a mud wrestling pit for girls to wrestle in. 

One time I was staring at a wall, pondering if I should should just fix the holes that were knocked in it, or just rip the Sheetrock out and put up new.

That's insinuating that I have poor fiscal discipline, not being able to budget or manage finances responsibly, which is not the case here - especially when I have budgeted smart for over a decade in anticipation of pondering a career change such as this one.  

Wife and I (+ our 2 girls) just bought our first house last year, Jan 2017. 

We were a house of three girls/women (plus a short haired fella) for decades.
