Think of your entitlement as a 5 gallon bucket with an arbitrary amount of cash in it.

Soil is wet from where they water dirt- the problem is not just the high water bill .. which first I doubt they used 2500 gallons.. that’s how much extra based on my average usage was recorded .. total of 4400 gallons in August … main problem is better keeps running at almost one gallon a minute when no water is being used and there is no visible leak anywhere 

I have had two dog pee houses, I take 5 gallons of bleach and mix it with 5 gallons of water and flood the floors.

I think I am qualified to answer this question as I have lived with tenants several times - always with the intentions of just " keeping it on the down low" -  well ... that doesn't work - I cannot keep my mouth shut when the new tenant suddenly redoes the front yard or is letting some guy fill up 5 gallon water bottles in his trunk from the hose  -  or any several number of things I do to improve the property - it is just sort of obvious that I own the place.

If it's a flat fee to paint including materials, it's a flat fee...I don't like to waste time calculating every gallon of paint I might order. 

We do stipulate in our lease that the included water is based off of normal use and usually add an amount of gallons/month we are including based off the number of occupants on the lease, but I'm not sure how hard it would be to get reimbursed for excessive use in the event that happened. 

It comes in 2-gallon cans with plastic lids, similar to those on 5-gallon buckets.

I was hoping to find pre mixed 5 gallons of something other than basic white, but so far haven't had any luck.

I got a 5 gallon container of good quality paint (a nice neutral colour) for $50. 

It took five gallons of urine neutralizer over the coarse of a week to get it smelling normal.
