definitely. i have got the details from them for their existing landlord. however, that name does not match the owner on the city tax office property records. and they have confirmed that they provided the landlord's details, not the property manager's details.I believe that should match or it is possible to not match?

Back when I was brokering commercial real estate 100 years ago I had a deal on a small office building fall through when during the walk thru just prior to closing the buyer insisted on checking the candy vending machine and verbally to;d us and sent us a follow up letter informing us that he wasn’t going to close because the Baby Ruth’s in the candy machine were stale.

I'm going to try to get Safeco to waive their new policy of not allowing any change of broker requests to go through after July 1, 2024 based on the fact that I never received their notice of Non-Renewal (dated May 4, 2024 ) in the mail and only got a copy of it by email from my agent's office on July 17.
