So, yes, I live in Bend, and if I could afford it I would love to develop something here, but due to the cost I'm looking to build RV Parks southwest of here in the Grants Pass / Cave Junction areas where the dirt is much, much cheaper but where there is at the same time a huge demand for low cost living spaces.

The LL will cave at the thought of being thrown in jail and will promptly pay it back.

Between not wanting to spend the whole day in court and stupidly hoping that this was her “wake up call” and she would actually start paying again, I caved and we wrote out a payment plan, based on when she got her paychecks and both signed it.

You might see with some legal documentation of a demand letter if they cave and throw you a small bone to settle.
