Hi Kaiser Akram, Christian Carson, knows his stuff and the neighborhood, I am familiar with some of these area and he is correct, you must know and study the neighborhood, a great contrast between each one.

Contrast that with a 1950's home with original galvanized plumbing, Zinsco breakers, and wood sash windows. 

For contrast, I'm finding most list prices negatively cash flowing around -$180/mo.

This is in sharp contrast to if you had instead rented that 200k home for 30 years at a rental price of 1500/month and a 3% annual rent increase, then you would have spent 856k over the same 30 years in rent.Since I need to spend money for a place for myself to live, I can either break even if I get a 3% appreciation rate on the home that I buy, or I can throw away 856k in rent over the same timeframe. 

Given the sheer magnitude of the apartment pipeline underway, contrasted with the historical demand which falls significantly short of the supply being added, there is cause for concern for apartment owners and developers.Huntsville’s population and household growth will need to continue to accelerate in the next two years to absorb all of the new units.

In contrast there are many cities that have not had a single 10 year period since the numbers were tracked without appreciation (my market is one such market).

The connections were fantastic, and overall it was an expensive, but good investment.Compared to this year's PaperSource, I thought IMN was much more big league in terms of crowd/topics/ideas/meetings/etc, but PaperSource was really helpful for me to get my feet wet.Just my 2 cents on the compare and contrast of the last note events I went to...I'm planning on going to Note Expo in November.

The first two properties were a major contrast.

   - We had a utility room in each unit so we could rent washer/dryers for extra incomeAll of this is in contrast to buying a building and remodeling it. 

Also, using black trim and black granite doesn't have much of a contrast.
