For now- Zillow’s for sale by owner listing process will not work, I’ve been communicating with their help desk.

Not knowing what to do, they probably didn't even know what to say, so they buried their head in the sand.I'm not justifying this behavior, I find it repulsive, but I've seen it so many times in the decades I've been in this industry that I'm just reporting what history has taught me has likely happened here.It sickens me to be the one to deliver this news--the sponsor should have kept you informed every step of the way and failed in their most basic duty--to communicate with investors.  

Hopefully, it doesn’t come to that and clear communication with the tenants can prevent any future issues.

One of the top priorities is having an investor friendly Realtor and utilizing their network to help build a team that has great communication with each other.

Instead of explaining that they haven't planned the work out to that level of detail yet and getting back to you with answers they don't want to admit they can't answer on the spot and respond with frustration because they don't know how to handle the situation and are emotionally immature.

I even use Skype and TeamViewer to communicate with clients so I'd highly recommend looking for one of the best with great references that interviews well with you.So look for someone you can connect with that works out for your situation.Feel free to ask here if you have questions
