Looks like National Fence is the main fence company and LSR has porta-potties but they never pick up their phone.

I have mentioned a few times on BP For all these folks trying to bust into the business but need to make money this is a great way to learn details and make cash without having to spend much if any money other than a computer scanner printer phone. 

its not legal or proper to give out the names of phone numbers of your borrowers..

How do you get a returned phone call from the tenant? 

All my renters know who I am and my phone number.

Without knowing your numbers (how many leads, dials and contacts you've made), I would just say this is the job. 90-95% of leads won't even pick up the phone.

or Should we have this management group be part of one of the cells from the series LLC?

They expect personal cell phone numbers and their calls/texts to be answered no matter the time of day and on weekends - even holidays.
