@Bernard Chouinard I doubt you can get a referral fee from a broker as a non licensed individual, but hey, I'm not a lawyer, and I am not in your state haha.

It seems like it would be better to form relationships with brokers, agents, property managers or other people that would have input into many owners. 

Using your tech background to build systems and processes around your business is the key to scale.When I was getting started I wanted to do it all (wholesaling, flipping, brokering, contracting) and was unsuccessful across the board. 

We do have some local portfolio lenders who can be accessed through brokers.

I was hoping to connect with a few brokers that have recently expanded from TN to GA.

If phone calls and emails are not working, get a hold of his broker and set up a meeting for all involved.
