Here are some key insights I’ve noticed:Tourism Growth: Indianapolis has become a hotspot for both leisure and business travelers, thanks to major events like the Indy 500, conventions, and sports tourism.

Fortunately this is a very rare event for me (I had a tenant break lease last December that I needed like 5 or 6 open houses at over 2 months to fill with a qualified tenant).

After careful consideration, I’ve decided to focus on the Houston market for my first deal.I’m seeking advice, networking opportunities, and connections through real estate meetups, seminars, workshops, and events.

This might work for single family owners with properties on the B+ A segment that how low maintenance but even then I would be worried about rent collection, evictions and delinquencies not being properly attended
