Otherwise when used on my laptop it is helpful I just have not had an opportunity to verify its accuracy yet.

Hello BP Community,I'm looking for a recommendation for as to service that will allow me to look up comps with high level of detail and updated accuracy for across the US.In my Florida market, I use "IMAPP" which lets me put together my own comp methods, so I can make searches via subdivision, lot sizes, living areas, year built, time frames, sales history, property type, draw custom maps.

No one can predict a crisis with accuracy. 

I have seen the Zillow estimates and have wondering about their accuracy...

There's so many variables that it's impossible to explain with complete accuracy for a particular building... after this is done I work my way outside.  

The same requirement for accuracy is added in the Property Code.

Even with the time spent on it, it's something to be careful to double check and vet, it may be able to produce a report, but the accuracy of that report severely falls off once you pass 2021.

I do have mental struggle with the literal accuracy of that since all props are held in an LLC and the whole point of an LLC is to separate business risk from ones personal assets.
