I found windows, light fixtures, and anything else I could scrounge in the "scratch and dent" section of a builders supply store.  

My question is this:Does anyone have any personal experience using a builders loan to build your house/dream home?

I've got all the contractors you could imagine (I work closely with 7+ builders in New Construction) and I can provide sound advice as a I am a realtor (My group just finished an investment with 16 duplex units).

Is that brand new as in a builder built or investor that flips properties.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to utilize my connections with contractors & home builders to find investors for development of residential properties. 

My builder will be 100% done by middle of next week but he is getting upset that we are not able to move in (staying in an apartment now waiting for the house to finish) as the bank is asking for 1.5-2 weeks after 100% completion to book a closing date.

I help builders and investors buy and sell property in and around Concord, MA.

It was a flip that I looked at previously and the girl who did it has access to her dad's crews as he is a home builder.

So my current plan I am working with the builder on is a 1092sqft split foyer (this style b/c water table can get a little high on lot and I don't want to chance water issues in basement - plus there cheaper to build) with a 24x24 attached apartment that will almost make it look like a SFH with attached garage.
