at my college 2 or 3 years ago, living on campus was 3 or 4 grand a semester, and they had a mandatory meal plan for on campus students...basically around 15 grand a year was thrown away on crappy food that we hated eating (but did cuz we had to pay for it) and rent on a crappy dorm..that is how i bought my first house...it was cheaper to pay a mortgage and cook rice flavored with BBQ sauce!!

The master suite should be awesome with an office space,You might think of having  a swimming pool, a nice court yard and bbq area, definitely provide a well defined entertainment area inside and outside, perhaps a spa with a bar area, redwood decks even a tennis court but you can take that as an option.

Isn't this a chance to inspect your property, and aren't you glad they're calling to keep it in good repair, instead of having a stove break and they start grilling in the kitchen?
