This could be an oversight (automated billing software set up incorrectly, etc) or maybe they always do it but would remove the fee if you questioned them on it.

Everything is automated which makes it easier on both them and me.

There are more ways to do automated marketing that require no further effort on your part (just a little bit of $). 

The main thing that I've done is telling the cleaner when to go in and clean.Most of my interaction is done with saved messages through AirBnB, and it is all very automated.

Hi @Kishan Patel, it could be worth considering a shot at a software solution built for DIY landlords (1 - 15 units) to bring some automation to the rental management process (just to make things much much easier for you).

I'm currently working on automating my "wholesaling" business with certain systems so that it can run with large scale marketing (think 10,000 minimum letters each month + online advertising)I need the experienced wholesalers out there to help me out!

Whereas this overhead could be reduced substantially if automated. 

High automation yielded excellent results.
