Studios often rent for $3.50 sq ft+ here.

I'm uncomfortable with this as I feel a studio is meant for 1 adult.

I checked Amazon but the price seems pretty high per outlet.

Hi, I found a studio on for sale by owner website, seems the price is 50k less than the studio in the same complex, but $20k more than the similar studio nearby, seller says that they are relocating to Europe.
