Getting leads through a SEO website cost the price of setting up a professionally looking website optimized for both SEO and for lead attraction and conversion.  

I think 3 per side but you could do 4 if the cost isn't much different and switch that room to an exercise or visitor room if that doesn't work.

@Scott Trench To be honest, while insights here are pretty useful on BP, I'm finding myself going to other websites for info and better discussions on certain topics.

To add: you have a historically strong and consistent tourism presence, limited land/STR allowable areas, highly liquid property compared to selling a cabin in the woods, all 9 classes of visitors in the STR sector, and appreciation.  

looking at the website 1 to 50 mil deals and for a REAL lender not a fake lender.10k due diligence on a large deal is pretty standard stuff.. but what i would caution you on is thismake sure before you go down this road that you are realistic about your ability to get multi million dollar loans.the main thing is there is going to need to be real equity in the form of cash ..
