@Grant Rothenburger I do own few here in Triangle area but none are multi-unit (hence, trying to expand to multi-unit residential homes).

Please keep in mind that buying right now in the "Triangle" (Raleigh/Durham/Cary)..may represent some difficulty because its highly appreciated now as it is.

Raleigh has the benefit of being the capital, several universities and the Research Triangle.
