WhileI don't know this, I would think the few brokers on BP wouldn't skin you alive working with them, guys like Marc Faulkner, Loc R., Will Barnard, Dion DePaoli or others, so I'd suggest you guys interested in getting involved pick the brains of those mentioned, you can alway ask me as well, but remember, I'm retired and not doing partnership deals, LOL.

I am a newbie so I'm hoping someone with experience will verify or correct my response - the little of the MD foreclosure law/process that I understand on the surface is that as an investor you can work with a buyer as long as they are no more than 30 days behind on a payment w/o having to involve an RE agent.
