There were two small/med nail holes in the side of the cabinet panel that overhangs the side of the refrigerator where we put up a picture.

Got rid of the refrigerator and stove.

I would Prefer to provide one big common refrigerator that every one can share and use.

I have put in new appliances, washer, dryer, refrigerator.

I have appliances like the refrigerator and washer/dryer available with the rental because they were leftover appliances from previous tenants.

New refrigerator and some new toilets, cleaned up the yard.

Its only a matter of time until the furnace goes , the refrigerator , or something else major .  

As for my homes, i don't supply washer / dryers and or refrigerators. 

I once had a furnace die , A refrigerator completely fail ,an expensive turnover out of the blue , the insurance sent me a cancellation notice and a tenant died in the unit .. all this right in a row .i had done a bunch of deferred maintenance prior to these events so I had very low reserves left .

Basically I’d put them in place and run the proper ducting (cfm specs) and have a technician come and handle the refrigerant.
