That works great for a lot of things...AC registers, light switches and outlet covers, towel bars, shower curtain rods, soap dishes, exhaust hoods above the range, the range itself, fridges, windows..heck I even refinish showers and bath tubs with appliance epoxy spray paint...love it...

While looking at one of David Greene's rehab projects in the same city (http://greeneincome.com/index.php/2016/12/01/alexon/), David paid $6.5K to have the property repainted, kitchen floor replaced, cabinets repainted, new doors installed, plumbing repaired, electrical upgraded, garage repaired, bathrooms refinished, new appliances and fridge installed, and some repairs made to a handrail.

But let's say you need flooring ripped up and replaced, cabinets and countertops refinished, new paint throughout, new paint on exterior, new doors and windows, and tile; do many of you go about hiring painter, window/door install, floor install, etc. individually?
