It is CBD zone so any business including drive thru can operate here. 

The rental income minus the mortgages has me in the red around $450 a month.

Maybe they're guests or hors d'oeuvres for someone a little bigger than them, ala the Twilight Zone:

Too many red tape bureaucracies, local staff challenges, building management issues.

It can help take them out of the bidding war zone and they get a better home for the same monthly payment.  

and while low post count may not be a meaningful metric, the manner that folks are posting is a big red flag to anyone with scam alert set to “high”
