This has allowed them to place only the very high ration (5% down payment) and riskier borrowers with CMHC.BTW: CMHC's limits were increased a few (3 - 4) years ago, by the previous government, as it had bumped-up against the legislated liability limit they were allowed to carry.

John Landmark Other things you need to consider regarding HOAs are the following: the amount of Capital Reserves; the ration of owners to renters (this ratio should not exceed 10%); the roller coaster behavior, of the Board of Directors (the mindset of Boards vary from year to year that effect Rule Enforcement and Capital Improvements).

IMO of course.People can attempt to rationalize and make excuses for that behavior all day long, but at the end of the day it's still really, really stupid on the part of the seller.

Hope she knows that it would be in her best interest to move out, before she get's evicted, but some people are just not rational - my guess is she won't show up for the court date, while you will have to make time to go.
