My name is Brittney, my husband and I are in the process of starting our own fix and flip investment but unsure how to proceed and get our first investor, preferable a private money lender because we dont have the capital, or credit to get a loan and you have to wait at least 6 months after opening an LLC and getting a business line of credit in order to apply for a loan.

I've found a lot more success working with newer brokers as opposed to experienced brokers, who, rightly so, have a lot of preferred buyers that they're initially bringing all of these deals to. 

You could pull it out and replace or (my preference) build a new wall in front of the old wall for additional strength.

I prefer Kyle as i have done investment props on both areas and Kyle seems easier to rent out to me. 

You can either go the route he suggested by hiring a VA or you can look for a local admin or assistant that can do things such as answer the phone, compile a list of preferred contractors, and coordinate tenant service requests.
