Hi folks,Does anyone know of platforms other than AirBnb that allow to rent out private rooms as an STR?

From a platform standpoint, AirBnb is too powerful.

I've tried 5+ different platforms and it's by far the best. 

Other platforms like RentRedi are so overloaded with features and require additional subscriptions that I gave up on it --- Baselane was simple as hell and did those things better IMO but is missing some core pieces.What platforms do you love for the above items?

Hi Preston, just posting my first rental investment on the platform.

I am able to dedicate up to 2-4 hours/day for this.Also, I would be really thankful to everyone who can advice me on podcasts, books, courses, meetups, etc. to help me build my was in Real Estate investor. 

Their platform is robust enough for all basic landlord/tenant needs—rental advertising, screening, applications, rental payment, document storage, maintenance requests, etc.

I'm 19 years young but willing and ready with dedication.
