Also we are aging and not feeling great physically working on houses.

If rent is not paid physically at a branch (i.e. it is paid online or via bank transfer), the date of payment will be considered the date when funds reach our account.

My experience on the forums is that everyone who touts a one-sized-fits-all system is (when you look at their profile) a paid teacher, coach, guru, etc.

I would recommend chatting with many different contacts to see what fits your vision for real estate investing in Memphis because there are always pros & cons to every investing model and you should know what your options are!

Let me know your scenario  so I could offer options that might fit.

If you downsize the bedroom to a point that buyers can't fit a king size bed with night stands, I would not do it.  

He then said this program wouldnt be a good fit for you.

For the other portion, invest how you see fit really.You can try accelerating some purchases that you would normally do next year to be this year, but there's not a ton outside of the normal stuff.
