I get photos when a repair needs to be made and after it is made.

I would write down all the details, take photos and/or video of the job site, and report him to the licensing board immediately.Start looking for a new contractor immediately.

For those of you who still do applications in paper, how do you collect the application fee and photo ID?

Talk to the home inspector ahead of time, ensure they are unbiased and will provide supplemental photos/videos of the property.

(Pick an agent who will give you best bang for your buck rehab advice, post great photos, write great descriptions, etc.)

It was a nominal amount of 729$...but for the sake of being fair I'm trying to gauge what the collective response would be.I agreed on listing the property for no fee (on the listing side) after repairs but ultimately my partners feel that the money from the buyers commission should be treated as profit to the LLC.  

There are companies pounding my inbox that I should build out my brand, spend a bunch of money on videos, photos, design, Google marketing, affiliate sales, etc.... for a higher return and control of my own destiny.
