In TX, the notices have to have specific font sizes....Apparently people with bad credit also have bad eyesight...14 pt to be specific.If I had bad credit I'd want my notices delivered by a Brazilian bikini model...You never see that in the statutes though...

Typically you would retain 10% in an escrow account from the investor and when the investment is identified you 'Call' on the capital in full balance to be delivered.

That is a cost the Lender may have to swallow, perhaps by loss of revenue, for not delivering the loan to you during the rate lock.
