That probably means sellers will more often rely on the X% that folks vaguely believe to be the industry standards. 

I understand folks trying to shave a percent here and there; but I don't do my own root canal either!

 More folks looking for a place to crash after a night out could mean more bookings and potentially higher rates for you.

Once folks over do this like they did Nvidia, mega caps, etc., you then start to pivot back into mega caps.

My plan A for my folks will always be to hire a 3rd party, but having done this for a very long time, I know I will come across those that want to be at least a little more hands on and I want them to have an option.Thanks in advance for any suggestions.Cheers,Robert

We ended up talking with a couple of VestRight folks for about a year before we finally purchased the course.

I am in the process of taking on clients for co-hosting in addition to continuing to self-manage my own portfolio want to get a feel for what folks are charging their clients.I've spoken to a few folks already that manage between 15-30 and I've received feedback that they charge anywhere from 20-30%.For context, I've already decided to charge a percentage of Gross Booking Revenue excluding Cleaning Fee.
