I am quite good at my craft, and I hope to merge my current job with my future business in some way.

So if an agent has less than 2 years of experience and starting out, their broker/mentor is teaching them how to market themselves to get more clients, when are they gonna have the time and energy to actually get good at their trade and improve their craft? 

There are additional two guest bedrooms, full bath & spacious laundry and craft room.

Since the purchase, there have been a few promising developments like Idle Hands craft brewery moving in.

After which I would notify the named owner they have 45 or 60 days to remove the home from my property and if they don't will note it abandoned and take ownership that way.Appreciate any tips from people that have done something like this, or alternative ways to craft the offer.  

I've seen that type of payoff put on a settlement statement before with meticulous records and paper trails and a lot of legal coverage.  

Some things I need help in regards to are crafting a value proposition-- how to define the selling points of a piece of property?

Mayhaps this is my over-casual side coming out or my love of a good (craft) beer, but why don't I ever see anyone ask another out for a real estate investing discussion over a beer?
