Summit County is close to Buena Vista for white water, but there are numerous other places for that, too. 

Physical mail, in my opinion is for bills, check, invitation or garbage.

We pick one of our favorite restaurants, book the entire place on one of their closed nights or a slow night in January, and invite our work team (plus one guest each) to join us for dinner and a celebration to show our gratitude.Most of our construction/trades contractors don't have health insurance and put off aspects of their health care.

Secondly, I wanted to share an insight I had this morning while running and thinking about real estate success.A friend of mine told me he would be running the 10k (about 6 miles) Turkey Trot and invited me to run it with him.  

You are inviting IRS auditors into your life by doing this, and not with a favorable result.

I spent the first solid week of the new project writing SOW sheets for the numerous trades (I do NOT miss those days, lol).I think the issue with residential renovations comes that these lengthy scopes might actual have the basic sub or contractor (think one/two guy company with a few laborers) concerned with working for you.

After reading numerous posts and blogs, it has become clear that having a mentor is a key to becoming successful in Real Estate investing. 

I know of numerous people who are running them in Tennessee and in Galveston.
