The new management told him to hit the streets because he didn't have a degree in a banking related major.

There are non profitable majors such as art or psychology, which I have a Psyche degree!

Unfortunately 55 degrees is not an un-inhabitable temperature and likely will not qualify as a reason to break the lease.

And major lenders likely have much deeper pockets, again making it a far better market.Given the lack of consistent platform, the large number of investors, their relatively smaller financial interest, and their lesser degree of technological sophistication, my guess is that this idea is not viable at this time as a separate company.

You can control it to a degree if you either choose your own escrow or negotiate before closing.
