I am a recent graduate from Texas A&M university and a few months prior, I was considering getting into Wholesaling.I learned that with Wholesaling, there were so many pitfalls concerning wholesaling, legalities that one needs to deal with when wholesaling properties, so I decided to look at another alternative route instead.One of the areas that caught my attention was being a refferal partner for Real Estate and Private Equity investors.Do you guys know what states such activities are going to be legal or illegal?

When I told my friends how old I would be when I got out of grad school if I went, they asked how old I'd be if I didn't go.

My son graduated Oklahoma State last December, and has some great memories of church and fraternity retreats at Tenkiller. 

The area the house is located has schools top 5 on the entire state with 9/10, 8/10 and 10/10 for all 3 levels.

Typically you can make a much better deal on resales.What is your target renter for what you are buying.If it is college students, then you need to close pretty soon and grab the back to school market. 

There will be little to no detailed records of expenses as this is quite an old-school landlord that is not willing to dive into the nitty gritty.
